Topic: “Comfort Measures for Labor & Birth”
Mini-stations will be set up to demonstrate and experiment with at least 25 different comfort techniques for labor and birth using upright positions, massage, aromatherapy, the birth ball, plus much more! This information is intended to help you become aware of some of the options and choices expectant mothers can make to better cope with the last hours of pregnancy!
